Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have the following refund policy:
Eligible for Refund:
Incorrect product received.
Non-delivery of product (e.g., email not received, download link not working after payment).
Technical issues that prevent product use, and we are unable to resolve the problem within 3 business days.
Not Eligible for Refund:
You changed your mind after purchase.
The product does not meet your expectations based on personal preference.
You do not have the technical knowledge to use the product and no fault lies with the product itself.
Refund Process:
Submit a refund request via support@wapsoft.net within 3 days of purchase.
Please include your order number, purchase email, and reason for the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
